Don't write someone who has ignored your emails in the past unless she first writes you and apologizes and gives you a very good explanation for her rudeness. Also she is probably married. You are a very nice guy and can have any girl your age who is available. Don't waste your life on people who aren't nice to you.

Don't message her.. It's not gonna end good. And don't belittle yourself again and again.
