Meh not my job but some people are just set in there ways

I give the onus to my Karmic equations.
So, (without reacting) if it is on the professional front, I put it across politely coz it is essential to give one's optimum at work that is only possible in conducive surroundings.
Personal front is dealt with attending consistently to the needs of the beloveds.
It works!

I feel bad for them because they weren't as careful

Try not to care

I respond with murderous rage.

I beat them up and leave them in a bloody mess...in my head

Somewhat disconcerted.

I just think "what a dumb ass"
