"I caught myself doing this and went back into just enjoying the trees and the the way the light was coming through the leaves, highlighting little pieces of the Forrest floor. Often spotlighting beautiful mushrooms which made them look even more magnificent and that happened over and over again because I stopped looking for something. I just enjoyed the present"
