That’s not a scary story but a terribly sad one! Don’t blame yourself or hold any guilt! Most animal lovers would’ve gone out there to investigate but since you’ve been conditioned to hear cats on ur roof...no one can blame u! The mother ( or whomever did this) sounds like she ( or other) has mental problems! We must make our own life a happy and safe one! We live in a type of hell with some that cannot or will not seek a better way to live their lives! Scary is a Saturday night with crazy maniacs that are so drunk that they don’t even know they’re about to plow into someone just minding their business....
