Interesting and strange at the same time. I don't know what to say to all that. They must be very young to be so back and forth on their emotions and relationships.

@Souls that's older than I expected. But I went thru some very emotionally needy times during my 30's. It was like an early mid life crisis. Wait... I have some type of emotional a crisis every decade. So I won't be too judgemental. But marriage when you're attached to two women doesn't sound right to me. Hopefully your sister will keep her head on straight... and keep her distance from him. He sounds troubled.
