There was a incident a few years back where a husband called the police because his wife was insisting he was too drunk to drive and he wanted to prove her wrong. He drive to the police station where they administered a breathalyzer which revealed two things. 1) He was too drunk to drive and 2) He was under arrest.

Sounds like something I saw on Cops, a woman called the police cause she claimed she gave a lady $20 for dope and the lady kept it.
