Accounting: accounting job
Hotel Management: meh

I'd go for Accounting since it has a higher likelihood of direct hire. Although, you must think about the future and about options so I'd pick Economy instead.

Might be a better idea to post a question outlining each course then asking for feedback from anyone who has actually done them.

Economy would give a broader base of knowledge.
