No. But then again, yes. I do know that toilet paper won't take a water stain off a wooden table, but sandpaper can, if it's not too badly damaged. I know that toilet paper won't wipe away paint to prep something for a new paint job. I know toilet paper won't remove rust, or rough spots off things that were left out in the weather for a few weeks. Sandpaper, comes to the rescue, once more.
