Is there a lot of paperwork in this profession? I’m thinking I want to earn a MPH.

depends on the area of public health you wish to go in as there are many to include STD reporting and tracking, health inspections....the list goes on...you could even go into the side of industrial hygiene as well.

@Treymont75 I was thinking maternal and child health. I wouldn’t mind doing work in reproductive health working with reporting stds and such.

Lots of paperwork, yes. I'm a medic, and every patient is at a minimum a three page report for me.
