A family member is happily married to someone he met online. I don't like the idea myself.

I guess it's up to the individual and what you are willing to accept. I meet woman the old-fashioned way, in bars lol. The girl I'm with now actually worked the service counter at a store I shopped at. I was extremely attracted to her and after we talked a few times, I asked her out. I would never use a dating app, I've heard too many horror stories.

Never could even get a date. I 110% believe they are trying NOT to find you a match so you will spend hours every single day there for the rest of your life, and they can keep mining your personal information and sell it to shady people, and you will buy the premium features just to *maybe* obtain something that every human craves more than anything else on earth.

Being a very shy guy I thought it would be an easier way for me to meet women. Boy was I wrong.
