hi, I visited newgrange a Neolithic site in Ireland a few years ago..it dates back to 5 thousand years...it is built to allow the solstice sun to penetrate into the cave at daybreak...what I found most interesting was the names scratched on the interior walls of young lovers of the 18th centuries, it was first discovered by a farmer in the 1800s, he was digging out rocks to build walls, he thought it was a hill, he discovered it was a man made cavern, actually built by stoneage peoples, he left it partially opened with a grass mound on top.....the kids in the 18th century found it handy as a place to do what young lovers do everywere,... and they always seem to leave their names to posterity...

hey Impulsive....i saw Dundee at the movies when it first came out and everyone laughed so hard at that scene...you couldn't hear what they were saying afterwards

You need to have a knife in case there's cake.

Vandalism? lol
lots of men carry knifes. they think it is some cool trait. but i think it is cruel to a tree not to mention who ever planted it there or who owns the tree.

Yeah they love so much that they have to show it off and hurt a tree. :/

I think it makes sense, if she doesn't stop talking...

Ned, men and boys used to carry a pocket knife with them where ever they went when I was growing up...boys would show their brand new pocket-knives off proudly in Show-and-Tell in first grade and the teacher never thought a thing about it, they were considered tools back then.
