It wouldn't bother me at all. And let's face it, as we get older it's almost impossible to find someone without children, lol

Sure! It just worries me a little. I feel like it takes a lot to get so deep into a relationship with someone as to have children, and then break up. I guess people can change? I wouldn't know, but I won't judge.

It's making a compromise... Not being desperate. That's what happens in ALL successful relationships, it's what makes them work...

So, why not start out when seeking someone to make a little compromise.

Maybe it's different for women though, might be where the 'evil step-mother' thing started...

When I married my second wife she had 2 children from her late first husband. Both of whom were older than I was.

And as soon as he was grown and my daddy skills were no longer needed she went looking for someone else

I'd prefer not to, but at my age, I doubt I'd have a choice.
It would mainly be determined by how many "baby mommas" there are.

@Starkiss, nothing desperate about it. My wife was my other half and a true partner to me in every sense of the word. We even read each others minds constantly. We had 20 great years together and I miss her very much.

Heck yes. Everyone has a past and sometimes they have kids . That doesn't mean they are a bad person or anything , it just means that they have moved on and are willing to open up their heart to someone new .
