I find them very useful.

@BohoBabe Useful for what?
BohoBabe · M
@emiliya Relaxation, health, being nice and bendy.

@BohoBabe What is relaxing about it? How does it make you healthy?

Some people have blood clots they don't know about. The massage dislodges the clot and sends it to their lungs. And they die. Others have thrombophilia. They also die.

I had a full body massage not long ago ...it was luxurious but also healing

@Aquaabyss Healing? What did it heal?
It makes you feel relaxed so it’s beneficial for you mind and body. Creams and lotions will often make your skin look shiny or greasy but lotions do help slow the wrinkles process down as you age.

Realxing is always good but paying to relax is a luxury!

Pure luxury.

There's really no need unless there's some physical disability.

For thousands of years spa's never existed. And when they did exist they still were for the wealthy.

Spa…is just a feel-good massage. It's relaxing. Maybe that falls under luxury.

But if you are looking more into having a long-term effect, it's rejuvenation treatments.
