It makes you feel relaxed so it’s beneficial for you mind and body. Creams and lotions will often make your skin look shiny or greasy but lotions do help slow the wrinkles process down as you age.

There's really no need unless there's some physical disability.
For thousands of years spa's never existed. And when they did exist they still were for the wealthy.

Spa…is just a feel-good massage. It's relaxing. Maybe that falls under luxury.
But if you are looking more into having a long-term effect, it's rejuvenation treatments.
