I live in the UK.
As a foreigner (Swiss-Liechtensteiner), I don't feel outraged when I see the British or English flags up.
We are in the British soil, and I think it's normal to have UK/English flags on the street.

@SW-User Seems rather logical, doesnt it ? Kinda questions the true liberal agenda.

The flags tied to lamp posts are intended to express hatred for foreigners, not to express national pride. The simple fact that half the Union Flags are upside down is strong evidence that they're not put up by true patriots.

@NortiusMaximus Hi, have they said they are putting them up to express hatred for foreigners? Have you told the police?

@HollowayRoadN19 The police know about it and are taking action when they have sufficient evidence. If the flags were put up by true patriots, proud of their country, they'd all be the right way up.
