Yes, it does give Santana vibes. It's the guitar-playing style. It's considered pop/ rock Latino but I personally don't feel it's rock and Jarabe de Palo never liked their songs thought of as pop...and the Latino reference is only due to the song talking about a girl in Cuba ( they also began their career there even if they are from Spain). The Singer is a great fan of Carlos Santana so the influence is evident in this song☺
