@plungesponge Trump is already distancing himself from Hegseth. And saying how "lots of very smart people "told him it was a good idea to bomb Iran.
The only problem being that Trump now has to do a worse deal than the one he cancelled in the first place..And he screwed this pooch in public, with live reporting and pictures..😷

@fun4us2b Its simple.. You're not.. Mind you, the nation went over the cliff before Trumps first term. What trump did was set fire to the bus on the way down and make sure there wasnt going to be anyone to help with rescue when the burning bus hit the ground..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman trump doesn't have character, integrity, principles, or honour. What he does have is a set of tricks and cons. Included in that set is to never take the blame for anything. Never! If there is credit and it belongs to someone else... steal it! Responsibility along the lines of 'the buck stops here' is foreign to him... anathema. Lying is second-nature for trump, as we all know.

Right now he needs to pin the blame on someone and there's the self-absorbed video-game fantasist hegseth right in the crosshairs.

pete seemed like a good guy. He loves this country, or at least he said so, but now I'm not so sure. I relied on him to step up but I think I may have fallen victim to hegseth because he has shown himself to be unreliable and he gives bad advice and makes other people make mistakes and he's reckless... and on and on and on...
