It's so uplifting to see a community like this with so many members! I'm excited to contribute, share my thoughts, offer support, 🙏🏽 and be part of meaningful discussions. Looking forward to growing together in faith!
Welcome, sister! How lovely to have a new Christian member in the community.
Kaetana:
This is true. No one has seen God. The Bible says that God is Spirit in John 4:24: "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him, must worship in spirit and truth".
However the interesting point is that nobody knows what God actually looks like , or even if he has any form at all.

Yes, we need more of this! Welcome!

@oogirl I’m not 💯 certain how how it differs, but I think it only differs slightly with Jews as in they believe in God the creator as Christian’s do .
Only they don’t worship from the bible it’s different book. I think it’s called the Tanakh .. apologies for any misunderstandings
While Muslims believe in a Creator called Allah, and their worship from a different book.📕
But truth is what you are asking is an age old question . Who is the real it might just be due to location , different cultures and languages . That it was these differences which meant local communities would vary their opinions on who God is and does he have one or many different names.
I’m pretty certain that community’s would choose that their religious figures look like them, and speak their language’s
However the interesting point is that nobody knows what God actually looks like , or even if he has any form at all.
Hence belief is a walk of trust & faith .
