Cracked jars.... and awful theology.

If people who don't attend church on here get their theology from this poster, it's little wonder why they don't attend church or read the Bible everyday, etc at all.

. Words of Ralph Waldo Emerson echo deeply within the original author's soul. Just a problem- Ralph was a man with so many heresies I don't even know where to begin. How about denying the Bible, rejecting Christ's Deity and seeking the "divinity" within us? We know go from Carl Jung the occultist (who the poster even claims God used) to a heretic.

. Why Ralph? Well, apparently it reminds her of the power that is within her. We cannot be talking about the Holy Spirit, as it clearly was not in Ralph and we know from the author's fixation on self help as to what this is getting too.

God, who sees our potential

God is not an American self help coach. He is the sovereign Creator of the universe, Thrice Holy, infinite God. What He sees in you and me is a sinner desperately in need of a Saviour.

Our value is secured by Christ's sacrifice, not our own efforts.

It apppears now that we can't even talk about Christ's sacrifice without self help being brought up. Our JUSTIFICATION is secured solely by His sacrifice. Our sin is so serious God had to pour out His wrath on Christ (God The Son) on the cross, wrath that was rightfully meant for us. Nothing to do with "our value".

and ask Him to help you tap into His power today

This is a bizarre wording. This sounds like God is a "higher power". New agers use the exact same language.

The author also regularly brings up Jeremiah 29:11. This is the best exposition on it I have seen.

If you don't watch it basically it says it is true for us today SPIRITUALLY, not in terms of prosperity, etc.
