It's good that your fellowship has space for those who are different. I think all groups like to be exclusive, but the church in particular should be inclusive of anyone who wants to participate in that local expression of the Body of Christ. Making arrangements for our blind and/or deaf members, our dyslexic members, those with learning difficulties, addiction issues as well as those recently released from prison and the neurodiverse has all been a learning experience over many years in my church. It means different thinking by those preciously only comfortable in a pattern of worship and meetings that they grew up with. Those not coping, move on.
