So it's 10 a.m. I woke up early at 4:26 am. Fed Max before I started working @ 5 am. I've been applying for a second job and I have another invite for exams. 🫣 It's been sitting in my inbox for days now, and they keep following-up on me each day....

They suck. I've noticed some fairly big companies are doing away with HR Dept's. Every job I've ever had the supervisor hired me, then HR did it's tedious bullshit later

Plus 99% of them are unearned power mad bureaucrats. I inevitably clash with them. I have to win over the super within a department

Last interview I had was almost 15 years ago, it took about 20 minutes and I was hired.
Longest interview I had took 3 continuous days, dnd finally was selected from the other 21 candidates.

My jobs have always hired me for my brains and strength.
Mostly proven by my resume and references.

I’ve never taken a test or done what some people might consider as a real interview.

He’ll, half my interviews happened over drinks.
