Maybe take donations for an advertised period to get some students, but then set a price. A price that is reflective of your time.

I don't have any concrete advice on pricing to give, instead I'll try to address
Another way to look at it could be in the light of Dunning-Kruger effect. That is that those who are less competent tend to over-estimate their abilities. A plausible corollary being that those who are competent should have more confidence.
Long before Dunning and Kruger were writing Bertrand Russel said it quite pithily:
low on confidence that I have enough of authority in my domain
My domain is completely different. But I also suffered from this. One day many years ago a colleague who I have great respect for said to me something like:You should not be so modest.
He went on to point out how my expertise and achievements were fundamental to the project that we were both working on.Another way to look at it could be in the light of Dunning-Kruger effect. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.
Of course he had weightier things on his mind than excessive modesty, he was writing in 1933 about the rise of Hitler. See https://dn721600.ca.archive.org/0/items/the-triumph-of-stupidity-russell/The%20Triumph%20of%20Stupidity_Russell_djvu.txt

Do not set it at donations. You’re too experienced for that.
Set a fee. What if you set the fee at €20 or even €25
Or you could say €10 for the first five customers and then €20 after that.
And maybe based on that see how many people you get and then going forward you’ll know if you should increase the price by a couple of dollars each set of courses
And perhaps even those amounts are too low. But just suggestions.
Edit:
I checked with my AI app and it gave me this information in the picture which is much more than I had suggested

Reading this I am realising how I am not ready to launch it. I need to sit down and meditate and change that attitude. :)
