It means you understand its worth so you'd know to be careful.

Be willing to learn. Learn as quick as you can. And in the chance some people be mean to you, it would be good to show emotional intelligence. You never know when you'll end up needing people.

How they treat you show who they are. How you react is who you are. Be professional.

This sounds simple....but close your eyes... take (3) deep breathes...believe in yourself and your abilities. They would not have hired you for such a critical job if they didnt think you could do it.
