The humane qualities of feminine includes love, compassion, care, gentler aspects and the ultimate willingness, without which the human aspect in this world is incomplete. But that are not the traits of intelligence, they can be required aspects of humanity. AI is just trying to mimic the human intelligence, not all the aspects of humanity. AI is not even conscious, as we humans has the consciousness.

Ai is or was trained for and on the white male dominating group. It had racist problems earlier in the day. It's how the internet is set up. When you Google a guy in his 30s white males pop up. Ai scrapes from that.

Even now. I just googled the same the 14th pic was a person of color.

I suspect that much of the training data is written by men and also that quite a lot of it is technical in nature. Not to mention that far more text is available in English than any other language so that introduces subtle biases as well. It's not so much missing humanity as missing parts of humanity, the parts that haven't written texts that ended up in the training set.

For instance, mothers-in-law will be represented in AI not by what they say and do but by the jokes that men make about them.

It reflects the texts that it was trained on and will have all the biases that the training data had in addition to extra bias introduced by those who program and control it.
