You literally have to tell it everything. Or else it will use what it thinks is popular.
It has to have some type of basis, if not told. And the basis used is what is popular. Yet it's using your own cultures standards.
If the culture was Samoan, it would tend to make you look over weight.
Tell it you want American standard body type. I believe that's what you are going for. Not Asian standard.
American standard is quite diverse. It does include many Asians.
