@Umile I don't think husbands who hide their wives are doing that to cherish them. They are possessive. Look at the plight of women in Islam fundamentalist countries. Married women are forced to wear full body covering. Does their husband cherish them? Nope! They are treated like commodities nonetheless. They are married off at a young age to a much older man. And should they reveal accidentally a portion of their bodies, they are publicly lashed to shame and put them down. I don't think that is the definition of cherish🤔
