Yeah, all the stationary biking and calisthenics in the world has done nothing for that. Everywhere else, the change is really noticeable. But the girls are starting to spill a little again even though I just got refitted, again, last fall. Ugh is right!

The sad thing is I'm probably more fit now than I've ever been. There's just one place for me where that doesn't make any difference anymore.

I have too many curves everywhere.... even my toes are fat :p

Well. People assume breasts are mostly fat, but that of really applies at the smaller sizes (though it does vary wildly between people). Exercise just can't burn away glandular tissue. It'd make Glandular fever an easier cure if it could.
