I have a special family recipe from my country and it's more complicated and tastier (IMO)
than ginger only, it also does contain ginger :)
I mean to bake them this year.

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON Thank you ❤️. First time at gingerbread cookies . Does make an interesting looking puzzle . I don't add sugar . So most people don't like them . Mine came out fairly soft . I like that .

@anoderod55That is great! I think it can be tasty with no sugar. Also some cookies are perfect when they are chewy not crunchy.
Thank you, however, I don't need luck because it's a family heirloom recipe, so it's perfect.
