This is exactly what I was thinking the other day while I was jogging. I run when I am sad, when I am happy, when I feel kinda sick, when I feel so energetic! I love running. Wish there was a share button here like in tumblr.

@Highway I love running ... I try to go every day and succeed around 5-6 days a week.

@NCCindy It IS the cure for everything. If ppl run everyday, hospitals would be empty 75%.
