Above is stuffed red peppers with carrots, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, celery root (AKA Celeriac) and parsley root accompaniments.

I use a wide variety of spices for many different types of food.

Which ones do you use? And for what?

The soup quadruple:
Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.

Curry powder:
Cumin, tumeric, mustard seed, ginger, clove, coriander, cinnamon, star anise, onion and garlic powders and pepper.

Standard use for just about anything.
Basil, garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper.

Mouth explosion chili:
Cayenne, chilli, coriander, habanero, paprika, black peper, mesquite, ginger.

Italian sauce
Oregano, Basil, garlic, onion, parsley, marjoram, rosemary.

Random spices I have:
bayleaf
Dill,
Sesame seed,
White pepper
Tartar
Summer savory

Please say more and for what you use them. I'm always interested in new spices. 😁
