I plan share some content regarding Self-improvement, Health & Fitness, & so forth.
(This is supposed to be a "3-Minute Workout Video", but I didn't have the time yet to finish editing some information I'd like to add. I'll post the completed later.) (๐Ÿ“ฃ Audio is bad โ—๏ธ First time ever video/audio recording.) I typically exercise for 5 minutes per day, 5-6 days a week. I intentionally keep it very short, because of my otherwise busy schedule. (I haven't been to a Gym in 10 years.. literally) I focus on Efficiency & Productivity, in all aspects of life, so I always aim to get the most benefit for the least amount of time & work. Most of the content will actually be more about things like Productivity, Accomplishing Goals, etc... which are areas I've been studying a lot about, in the past few years. I believe it can be benefit, & may be of interest to most people, so I'll see how it goes. :)
