I do believe that positive thinking can go a long way in helping to achieving the dreams and above things are one of the techniques. Regarding right candidate things, many times I felt I was not selected due to some stupid reason coz I had all the necessary things for the job and my interview went well too. We need wishes and hardwork/ability both. But I respect your thinking. Thanks
