can women really, work, when they are pregnant, I think it would be difficult especially when they need to pee every few seconds?

Yes, I've worked when being pregnant. But it also depends on how the woman feels. I had to stop when I had 3 months left because of hip pain. And at my job I had to stand/walk all day. But if you have a desk job and feel fine then why not
