I Want to Be Healthy

As an assistant manager at a gym, I'm often asked about losing weight. It's about 10% gym. The rest is in the kitchen. I've been watching some people for about two years, working out hard every day, never missing a beat. However, they look the same. They haven't lost any weight, at least not visibly. You have to make changes to your diet. Upon searching the internet for "how to lose weight," you'll find everything to be similar to the photo below. Only one of the tips below is gym-related. Y'all got this! I know it's tough to change your diet. For me, that was harder than making weight-lifting a daily routine.

I think specific stomach exercises are helpful too like sit-ups in the morning. I do them in bed before I get out of bed! And lift my legs straight and hold them to strengthen my stomach muscles!
