I Want to Be Healthy

I have no idea why I had a miscarriage, but some have suggested it's my vegan diet and the fact I don't eat much anyway! I have had enough minerals though, as I take a supplement every day regular as clockwork!
Forget their vegan diet hating; the position is uninformed and sounds like superstitious people looking to ultimately blame _you_ for the miscarriage by seizing upon ANY difference between you & them and assuming it "MUST" be the reason.

That diet is least likely to be the culprit.

Don't let them get after you.

It's probably not because of a vegan diet. The kids that show up in the news, show up because their diet was low in calories and the parents fed them improperly. Meaning all juice or all one food. Not enough plant based fats, protein and plant omega 3.

There's plenty of others that were born vegan and are adults to this day or at best vegetarian.

So it's def. not that.

Miscarriages happen to people regardless of their diet. That being said if you have to supplement your diet with artificial or concentrated minerals and vitamins you need to fix your diet. Those supplements are not healthy for you or anyone else.

[@10033,hippyjoe1955] Meat eaters are found to be deficient as well because vitamins are added to meat now since soil and other things contribute to nutrient loss.

Well I eate meat on a regular basis and I can tell you being a vegan has nothing got to do with it
Theirs loads of things grow with all the vitamins and proteins that you need all is needed is to know what to eate and I'm sure the doctor told you the cause of your misscarrage
I don't think it's your diet. Sometimes it just happens, anyway. With a vegan diet, I would think it LESS likely you would miscarry. Vegan is what were built for.
