I Believe Age Doesnt Define Maturity

I never acted like a true child and was at least several years ahead of my friends mind wise, knowledgeable and always liked to talk with older folk. However since I'm 13, I get a stigma at a first glance, people thinking I'm childish and immature. I suppose people shouldn't be so short fused and judge a book by it's cover without studying a souls character.
