Interesting to say the least.
I was raised Christian.. However I now claim to be more spiritual than religious. I also love meditation. I suppose that prayer is a form of meditation but I find that praying to be less affective than getting in touch with my inner emotions. If God lives inside us, can hear our thoughts, than it can be assumed that meditation works pretty much the same.

"Born again" Christians are told NOT to meditate,how misguided is that!! I was told that meditation was "of the devil" by fundamentalist Christians.It appears that fundamentalist religions strive to separate their adherents from God.

Well I haven't been to church in years.. I think that attending church isn't necessary. However I see why some peeps enjoy it. To bond and find others who think like you..
