Isn't there a verse in the Bible about God "inspecting the hearts and the kidneys?" Saying the kidneys (either literally or metaphorically) are the source of our motivation or something like that?

It actually seems like a good idea that could save lives. If I’m going to be honest about calling balls and strikes, I’ve got no complaints about this one and will give him credit for seemingly getting one right.
@SW-User What he was doing was good. What he was probably trying to say, after you sort through all of the incoherence in his rambling speech, is fine. We're just making fun of a funny little gaffe that he made. Not unlike Quayle garbling a famous saying into "what a waste it is to lose one's mind." Or Gore reversing another into "many from one."

Understood. My criticism of him is usually pretty relentless, so on the extremely rare occasion where I think he did something right, I feel like I should acknowledge it and cut him some slack for his usual word salad. @NorthernBear
