@SW-User Yes. I don't do it at all. Never have, never will. It caused my old man to have his cardiovascular health problems, especially his second heart attack when I was 12 at the time and then about 14 years, which was over a year a half ago his stroke. He took such pride of it that he never took his health as even half as serious just like life itself. He didn't and still actually doesn't even really take life as even half as serious.

@SamHarris Ugh that really sucks. Sometimes people have that mentality that they refuse to quit 😩 But good for you! Never start lol.
