When I'm not eating bread, I use a large lettuce leaf and make a wrap.
Another favourite is a baked potato, cut it in half, lengthwise. dig out the potato, stuff it with the sandwich filling and fold it into a wrap type thing. Mash the potato, and use it in another recipe.

@Th1nkF1rst: well lots of women with pcos are avoiding gluten so it isn't soo abnormal. Maybe my symptoms will get better if I avoid gluten.

Whole Foods, Trader Joes and other larger chains have Gluten Free Breads ...; some are horrible and dense like a bagel though

You could try almond meal, they also have Gluten Free baking mixes.
