How can I stop my hair from thinning?

It's mostly hormonal and hereditary. Good luck!

Low thyroid can cause hair thinning. Have your T3 and T4 levels checked and get supplementation as needed.

@O-sure: wth are you saying???? Estrogen caused havok for me decades ago . I will never take that shit again. My hair isn't that thin but it used to be really thick. I know stress caused it

@BlinkBlink: I agree, do can some doctors. Just know that "tests" are based on antiquated evidence. Go to a hormone specialist and not be ok with a regular dr, my only aim is to help you and give you hope again.
