I gobble down a couple hundred bucks of herbs and supplements a month.. am I crazy or smart?

Honesty I am not sure.. I'm open to praise and insults alike.

I take a multi vitamin and an airborne every morning with my first coffee... Haven't had a cold in nearly 4 years...of course now that I say that I will probably have sniffles tomorrow morning.
