I get up between 430-445 am go for my jog for an hour. I then take out my dogs for their morning walk. I get back in time to lay with my husband a bit. Then I go again for my second jog another hour. Then after work take out the dogs again. Have dinner and one more jog. Before bed take dogs out last time.
[@455213,Mrsbetweenfatandfit] I sleep at around midnight and wake up at around 7 in summer. And 8:00 in winter. But sometimes I try to get up at 6 the earliest. 馃槄

[@556541,Littlepuppywantsanewlife] I think it鈥檚 interesting what amount of sleep seems to suit each person. I know on paper 6-8 is best. But I鈥檝e got a friend who needs 9 to feel fully rested. I sometimes sleep broken 3.5-5.

From Spring through Fall, I get up at around 6 AM and run a few miles.

During the rest of the year, I run on a treadmill or workout at my local YMCA

Some form of a CrossFit and weight training mix and run a few times a week too.
