Music keeps me awake. The pattering of raindrops on the roof is the best sleep inducing sound, IMHO.

I have Japanese ambient style music permanently on my player under my pillow.. when i wake i can just reach under for a ear bud and try to get back off again.

I listen to binaural beats :)

Hans Zimmer's, Alcest's and Lustre's music helps me to fall asleep 🙃
