Bags under eyes

How do you get rid of / stop them? I don't mean cover up with make up but make them go away. I am trying to sleep more, drink water, but I still have these dark shadows. If they get much worse I could carry shopping in them!

Rose water helps. Soak some rose petals in water for about 30 minutes then wash your face. It may take a few times doing this but it helps a lot. Otherwise if you can find it rose essential oil a tiny bit rubbed under the eyes before bed after washing your face should help also. Also cold compresses and sliced cucumbers will help reduce swelling. It depends on if the bags are genetic or due to inflammation. If its genetic not much you can do. Things you may eliminate if its due to swelling would be smoking, drinking, excessive salt in diet and if you sleep on your side or stomach. This can cause fluid to build up around the eyes causing bags. Another thing that helps is warm tea bags. Regular black tea helps reduce inflammation. Make sure its warm not hot and gently place under eyes. Damp not soaked. Leave there for about 30 minutes then wash your face. Also be careful what you are washing your face with. A lot of products contain chemicals that could interact badly with your skin. The skin under our eyes is very delicate so think of it as baby skin. If you wouldn't put it on a newborn baby than don't put it on your face. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

I don’t have a problem with “bags”, but I do with dark under eyes. I’ve tried so much, and was never able to find anything that helped much. Serums/ eye creams, and then a concealer was the best I could do.
I don't think it looks that bad. But tc so that it doesn't get worse with age.

Good sleep, staying away from tv, internet, mobile screens as much as possible, sunscreens, and cucumber mask might help.

Funny thing.. because you have blue eyes and pale skin, they sort of highlight your eyes, like some natural makeup... Doesn't look bad at all, I kind of like they way they look...
