What's a good way to combat a anxiety building situation?
I have to organise stuff for moving, I can feel anxiety in the distance already, so it's less about stopping the thing that's stressing me, and more about having methods of relaxing myself if it gets too much. If I sound "fragile" unfortunately I kinda atm, mentally a bit of a mess, so I'm moving back with my parents so I can focus on getting better mentally and finding work.
