Nothing removes wrinkles. That's a function of aging. You can reduce them for short periods of time, but they come back. Additionally, while walnuts may have some effect on cholesterol levels, it's almost immediately undone by adding the cholesterol already in milk. But if it tastes good, do it.
Have read you can shell walnuts and take the little divider piece from between the sections & soak it in water, it is very healthy for the heart to drink that water.
