I don't think it's possible to fix my head
Everytime I'm starting to feel good and better about myself, my brain says otherwise. I've worked very hard with doing stuff to improve my happiness.

Perhaps it isn't your head needing fixing, my friend......but your heart.
If you wanted to plug your vacuum cleaner in so you could use it, you wouldn't go around plugging it into every and any holes you could find to bring it to life, right? Because a vacuum cleaner, in order for it to do what it was made to do needs to be plugged into the only source of power that could give it life....a wall outlet that's a conduit for electricity.
