@CuddleFeesh so you want to do some light cardio at about 60-70% of your max heart rate for a minimum of 30 minutes about 3-5x a week. I would also look into strength training several times a week. With all exercise start low and go slow in increasing intensity.
Oh and the most critical thing is to watch your diet. If you want to burn fat you need to be in a calorie deficit.

High intensity interval training is also great. Mix up your workouts and find what you enjoy.

Oh and to calculate your training zone:
220 - (your age) = max heart rate (MHR)
(MHR) - (Resting Heart Rate) = Heart rate reserve (HRR)
(HRR) × 0.6 = 60% target heart rate
