Make sure I'm hydrated first. Eat something. If those don't work, Excedrin, which is a mix of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. It usually works like a boss.

Rarely anything. If it's really really bad, then I'll take Tylenol and try to get some me time for a bit.
