How suspicious is it for a woman to say she's allergic to the H2O molecule and cannot drink water, and isn't having a constant reaction?

Like she's not having a constant reaction from her own saliva (which is almost pure water - 99.5%) or her body being 70% water yet if she drinks a mouthful of water she apparently goes unconscious and her throat swells shut and she needs to go to hospital.

She says she's not allergic to additives in the water (or that water dissolves some irritant on her skin, since she reacts internally too) but that an immunologist has said she is allergic to the actual H2O molecule.

This same woman also doesn't appear to be using her real name and keeps spamming news websites about how tragic her life is and how she's publishing a ''long awaited'' (her quote) book about her life struggles.

She (and her family) have been doing this since she was 8 years old. She's 31 now and this woman seems madly obsessed with her hatred of water for some unknown reason.

Her name is Sarah, but she likes to go by the alias of 'Heidi Falconer'.

Aquagenic urticaria affects around one in every 230 million people. By that estimate, there are only 32 people with the condition on the entire planet. “We are a big team here, we see more than 2,000 new urticaria patients every year. And we have three with aquagenic urticaria,” says Maurer.Sep 15, 2016
